Zucchini Noodles with Pesto

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz Zucchini, julienne, noodle-like
  • 1-1/2 oz Marzetti® Italian Dressing
  • 1-1/2 oz Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp Basil, chopped
  1. In a small bowl, combine Marzetti® Italian Dressing with garlic puree, olive oil and basil. Set aside.
  2. In a large saute pan over medium high heat, add olive oil and zucchini and toss.

  3. Add 2 oz pesto and tomatoes and toss to blend flavors.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
