- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 12 oz Cole slaw mix
- 4 Scallions, chopped
- 1 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing with lemon zest, horseradish, salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
