  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 12 oz Cole slaw mix
  • 4 Scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing with lemon zest, horseradish, salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
