Pulled Pork & Bacon Sriracha Bourbon Sandwich
Download Recipe- 4 oz Pulled pork
- 1 (16 oz ) bag Cabbage blend
- 1/2 cup + 2 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce
- 2 Red jalapeno peppers, julienne
- 2 slices Applewood smoked bacon, cooked, chopped
- 1 New York Bakery® 4" Kaiser Roll, toasted
- 2 Jalapeno peppers, julienne
- 4 Bread and butter pickles, crinkle cut
- In a medium bowl, combine cabbage blend, jalapeno peppers, red jalapeno peppers, 1/2 cup Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce and 1/2 cup Marzetti® Extra Heavy Mayonnaise. Set aside.

Toss the pulled pork, chopped bacon and 2 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce together and place on the bottom bun. Top with 3 oz of the prepared spicy slaw mixture, pickles and crown of bun.
