Pulled Pork & Bacon Sriracha Bourbon Sandwich

  • 4 oz Pulled pork
  • 1 (16 oz ) bag Cabbage blend
  • 1/2 cup + 2 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce
  • 2 Red jalapeno peppers, julienne
  • 2 slices Applewood smoked bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 1 New York Bakery® 4" Kaiser Roll, toasted
  • 2 Jalapeno peppers, julienne
  • 4 Bread and butter pickles, crinkle cut
  1. In a medium bowl, combine cabbage blend, jalapeno peppers, red jalapeno peppers, 1/2 cup Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce and 1/2 cup Marzetti® Extra Heavy Mayonnaise. Set aside.
  2. Toss the pulled pork, chopped bacon and 2 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce together and place on the bottom bun. Top with 3 oz of the prepared spicy slaw mixture, pickles and crown of bun.
