Avocado and Shrimp Roll

- 1 each Flatout® Large Oval Flatbread (12" x 7.5")
- 1/2 oz. Avocado, sliced
- 4 oz. Shrimp, cooked and chilled
- 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber, cut into spears
- 4 oz. Sushi rice
Lay out Flatout® Large Oval Flatbread (12" x 7.5") and cover with sushi rice. Top with shrimp, cucumber and avocado.
Start at one edge and slowly roll up until you reach the other side.
Slice and serve with Marzetti™ Sweet Chili Wing Sauce or soy dipping sauce.
