Marzetti Frozen Pasta Rippled Lasagna Sheets
Made with whole wheat flour, enriched semolina flour and egg white, this precooked, rippled lasagna sheet fits perfectly into a foodservice half pan. Contains 54% whole grain to add a healthy boost of fiber to any creation.
Starting with the original frozen egg noodle, Marzetti Frozen Pasta® now offers a wide variety of precooked pastas that save time and labor in foodservice kitchens.
Product Preparation:
1. To assemble lasagna, layer frozen pasta sheets with favorite sauce, meat, cheese and any other desired ingredients.
2. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F.
3. Bake until heated through (35-60 minutes depending on number of layers).
4. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
